Laboratory team
Nicholas King is the head of the laboratory. He has a BSc. (Hons) in Bioanalytical Science and over seven years of experience in developing, validating and performing GLP/GMP compliant studies in an industry setting. Prior to this he worked for twenty years in academia, developing novel methodologies and performing clinical studies. He has developed assays in the following areas; UPLC-MS/MS, GC-FID, in vivo microdialysis, HPLC-(UV, fluorescence, electrochemical), 2D-gel electrophoresis, metabolite tracing using radio labelled isotopes, RIA and EIA, and has over twenty academic publications.
Soledad García Martinez is GLP study director; she has a BSc in chemistry science. She has seven years’ experience developing, validating and performing GLP compliant studies in Dynakin, first as laboratory technician and the last three years as study director. Prior to this, she worked for three years in the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory of the University of the Basque Country, and in the Advanced Research Facilities (SGIker) of the University of the Basque Country. He has developed assays in the following areas; UPLC-MS/MS, HPLC-(UV, fluorescence, electrochemical).
Eider Alcaraz is GLP study director, she has a BSc in chemistry science and Master in Pharmacology, Development, Evaluation and Rational Use of Drugs. She has four years´ experience in Dynakin at the beginning like technician, developing, validating and performing GLP studies, and this last year as GLP study director.
Alba Grisaleña is GLP study director, she has a BSc in chemistry and Masters in “Pharmacology, Development, Evaluation and Rational Use of Drugs”. She has worked at Dynakin for four years originally working as a GLP technician, but then moving on to GLP assay development and validation. Before this, she worked for seven months in the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory of the University of the Basque Country as a research technician.
Susana Serrano is Laboratory documentation support and Archive responsible. She has a degrese in Pedagogy and is specialized in quality management. Her responsibilities include revision of all the data from the laboratory and performs continues training in GLP/GCP. She is also responsible for the management and operation of the archive in accordance with stablished standard work procedures and GLP/GCP principles.
